General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018

We comply with the new “General Data Protection Regulation”. These updates help you better understand how we collect and manage your data. As of 25 May 2018, you will be given the opportunity to more easily control your data. Forms

As part of our GDPR policy 2018 be advised that upon submitting the request for information by filling in the form on our websites we collect your first name, last name and your email address and telephone number so that we can correspond with you to give you the information you have requested, and communicate with you about the Options you have available, and other useful information you request answers for. On the form you will find a check box requesting that you accept the terms of the Privacy Policy as laid out in the GDPR act 2018 giving you and the company certain rights to access and manage the data held by the company.
By opting in to accept the conditions of the GDPR you effectively acknowledge your rights to access any data which we hold about you personally, and our rights to store and process that data in order to communicate with you.
Shortly after you submit the form you will receive an e-mail from Habazar Internet Marketing which will give you information on how you can unsubscribe from our database, or request access to any information we may hold.
We take your Privacy seriously at Habazar.com and we assure you that your details will not be passed on to any third party.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track visitors on this site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data.
In order to be compliant with the new regulation Google included a data processing amendment. The data we collect will be processed anonymously and “Data sharing” is disabled.
The updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy go into effect on 25 May 2018. If you continue to be subscribed to any of the users data lists of “Habazar Internet Marketing” on or after 25 May 2018, you are agreeing to the updated Terms of Service and our use of your data as set out in our Privacy Policy. If you do not want the updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to apply to you, you can unsubscribe your account by viewing any of the email messages you have received from us at the time of making your initial enquiry and click on the “Unsubscribe” link which you will find at the Bottom of each massage.

Privacy Policy:

Habazar Internet Marketing ("Geoff Lord") operates habazar.com and may operate other websites. It is Habazar's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Geoff Lord collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Habazar's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Habazar's visitors use its website. From time to time, Geoff Lord may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to Habazar's websites choose to interact with Geoff Lord in ways that require Geoff Lord to gather personally-identifying information.
