E-Waste Solutions Appoints Rebeckah Dopp Executive Director

E-Waste Solutions has announced the appointment of Rebeckah Dopp as Executive Director effective April 1, 2018.
Dopp joins E-Waste Solutions and has significant strategy and operational experience in both the public and not-for-profit sectors including extensive experience in working with the differently abled. Dopp holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Human Relations, and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Trevecca Nazarene University, a Master’s Degree in Special Education, and a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Lipscomb University. Dopp is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Trevecca Nazarene University.
Dopp has over 30 years of experience involving business operations, structuring and marketing, and over a decade of experience in education management, non-profit management, and working with individuals with disabilities and learning disorders. As part of E-Waste Solutions management team, she is responsible for operations, due diligence and philanthropic enterprise.
Dopp said, “While it was difficult to leave as Head of School at The Edison School, I truly believe that I am being led to serve a larger portion of the disabled community by helping to develop and lead E-Waste Solutions, an organization designed to provide sustainable, long-term employment for adults with autism and different disabilities, while offering a green solution to electronics waste management.”
The knowledge, expertise, and experience Dopp brings to the organization further strengthens its function and reinforces its position as thought leaders in social entrepreneurship. This appointment solidifies the leadership of the organization to carry out their long-term plan.
